Getting the new iPhone8plus from Sprint might not have been great, but getting help from Apple support was really good. Apple has the best support i feel of all the phone Mfg.s here in USA they have people who speak good English, also they quick understand your problem and give you the needed help. I know for sure getting help from Samsung was a real bummer, i just got the run around from one support Tech. to the next, even when they knew the phone had a battery problem they refused to replace it. anyway happy i am not using a new iPhone8Plus and not missing my old iPhone6.
