It's a raspberry pi which is basically a mini PC itself 😊 its a mini LINUX pc but has multiple software that runs off an SD CARD.

^^^^ that is what you get for your £30. All that is needed to be bough extra on top of that is an SD card Ethernet cable mouse keyboard and hdmi cable and its ready to run

The Apple I computer was also sold as a bare circuit board. Everything else had to be obtained separately.
