Hi if you open whatsapp search for the user that sent the photos press on a photo and the delete button should appear.
You can do delete all the messages at the same time but that's more complicated.

In the Photos app, you can delete them just like any other image taken with your iPhone:

It's possible to prevent Whatsapp from saving images to Photos. Open Whatsapp, select Settings - Chats, and disable "Save to Camera Roll":

When you receive images in Whatsapp, you can remove them from the Photos app.

If you wish to remove them from Whatsapp, tap one of the images, and select the trash icon:
