Mophie Not Supported

My Mophie Jet Pack stopped being supported when I downloaded the new 7Ois. Any suggestions?

Do not self-bump unless the last post is 24+ hours old with no response.

Make sure the lightning/30-pin of the lower portion of the case is clean and dust free. Give it a spray with pressurized air if you can. If not, try a hard reset of the device and it should be working again. The only time I had an issue with my Mophie on 7 was because of a few dust particles in the 30-pin head of the case

i have a mophie helium for my iPhone 5 on iOS 7 and haven't had any troubles.
