I want disable iphone 4 screen when filming.

Just want to conserve my battery life when I take 2hours filming. Any idea would be appreciated.

I don't know how you would know what was in your frame without being able to see the display. However, you could turn the display brightness down until you can just barely see your frame. That would conserve power.

the brightness as Dave pointed out will save you battery more then you would thinnk turning it all the way down might just give you that few hours even
