Hi Guys, i'm new here....
I have a problem and i hope you can help me.
I have a iPhone 4 and yesterday he fell to the ground, broke the screen and broke the battery cable. Unfortunately I had not made a backup of it in icloud or itunes.
If I connect the usb cable in it (without the battery) it starts but stays in the loop of the apple logo. The screen shows logo for 5 seconds, stops and starts again ... for ever and ever... making it impossible to do a backup in itunes.
Only I could do it starts in DFU mode, but in this mode the itunes only allows me to restore the iphone (losing my photos).
Does anyone know any method to retrieve photos or make a backup in dfu mode? I tried using the conventional Leawo iOS Data Recovery and Wondershare for iPhone, but when they recognize the iPhone in DFU mode, they ask to restart in normal mode.
Does anyone know how to help me?
