Is there a way to tell how many contacts are on your IPhone? I know how many are in the cloud but not sure all are coming across to the phone.
Thanks

There used to be and it was easy. I double checked before answering you and it's gone. Another feedback to give Apple.

First, you can see mine at the bottom of the contacts list.

If you don't see your total there, tap Groups in the upper left corner, then tap "Hide All Contacts". Then tap "Show All Contacts".

Now go look at the bottom of the list.
They won't remain there long.

I found that instruction but I don't have Groups on my contact list.

I found it, followed the instructions above, and it worked - kinda. For some reason, all of my contacts past the letter T are now missing. How do I recover them, please?

Edit: Never mind. I figured out how to recover them from the cloud. Thanks anyway.... :)

I solved my issue, I think. For some reason, at the end of my contact list was "No Name" listed as a contact. Where the circle was for the photo it said notes. I have no idea if there is some reason for this or not but I deleted it and there, at the end of my contact list, was my number of contacts.
