can you make toggle widgets or "switches" for BT and WiFi to turn on and off easily from the home screen on iphone 4s. This was a nice feature on android, just wondering. Trying to save battery.

no, but if you jailbrek those options are available to you via an app in cycia called sbsettings.

I'm not comfortable jailbreaking the phone. I didn't do it with my droid either. The stories of bricking your phone are too scary.

Normally I would encourage you to JB however I see you have a 4s. At the moment the only JB is a tethered one. If at all for the 4s. JB ing is really not hard. It seems where more people get into trouble is with tinyumbrella. Issues with tinyumbrella are easy enough to correct. It's just to know to.
