I was using my own Wi-Fi bars theme I made on 4.0 through Winterboard but now on 4.1 it doesn't work and neither does the Tri-Force one I made for my brother (my Tri-Force Wi-Fi icons looked better then the ones available on Cydia).
*Update*
I figured it out. Somehow I goofed putting them back on the phone and the WiFi bar images weren't in a UIImages folder under the main theme folder, added the UIImages folder to the main named theme folder , moved the images into that, and all works again.
