JB 4.1 SSH wihtout WI-FI help

I recently made it rain and am trying to get this video theme upon my phone. I don't have a wi-fi connection. I tried the itunnel route and it game an error that said it was aborting the connection. I tried iphone browser but my folder don't have a "root" folder or a "library" & "theme" folder either. Any help guys?? also is there a way i can load jailbroken apps from the computer onto my iphone? (tomtom app will kill my data plan)
