Which is the Best External Keyboard Brand for iPhone 4s ?

I believe they are quite a few External Keyboards that are available in the Market which You can be attached with the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s I wonder if anyone here who has used any of those here can recommend which is the best keyboard for iPhone 4s.

I'm using the ThinkOutside Stowaway and like it much. It has four rows of full sized keys with a nice touch. It folds to about 4"x5", so it fits easily into a purse or backpack.

I use this mini Bluetooth keyboard (which is from China market) for my iPhone.
This Mini Bluetooth Keyboard even includes a FN (function) key used for accessing arrow keys, right click, and a home button, making web browsing on my phone easier than ever.

All the above mentioned keyboards do they have a backlit keyboard? I would very much like the keyboard to have a backlit !

The keyboard buddy comes in two versions, the regular one, and the backlit edition. There is also another one, called the vertical edition, but that is not backlit. I'm also considering one of these style ones. I tried the Nuu Minikey but did not like it at all
