I took my 5s apart to fix water damage and putting back together I am left with a tiny plastic part I have no idea what it is. Can someone identify and tell where it goes.

Its back together and waiting for a new battery, hopefully tomorrow.

No, could not get it working. Dead as a Dodo.

That's too bad. Is there somewhere you could take it to have a diagnostic run to see just what's not working?

I opend the case and unsoldered the logic board then soaked it in Isopropanol Isopropyl Alcohol 99.9% and brushed the remaining corrosion off. Afterwards the board looked new but even with a new battery it was still dead.
