Just feeling very pleased with myself, While I was having a blood test anyway I asked for them to check my Cholesterol, A year ago it was higher than they like at 6.7 and they tried to get me on Statins but I said no I'll try and get it down with adjustments to my diet.

Well YAY ME....It's now 5.7
