Preparing for my day at the gym. Yesterday was a rest day and I enjoyed it, today it's back to the grind. Still sore from the previous two workouts, but this kind of sore is a good thing.. it tells me that I'm working on things.

There l am moaning about a strip light, just read that after the Hurricane 100,000's people have no lights or heating whatsoever. Many don't have a roof
