Can't get my iphone4s to sync with I cloud when I am connected to wifi or using 3G if a tap sync now it just does nothing I once got it to say back up will take 19hpurs once but nothing since so back up not working photo stream not worki g either it seams so what should I do ???

Your phone syncs with iCloud only when data is changed, it is plugged in and connected to wifi.
If you were to restore you phone rite now, and. Hose to restore from an iCloud backup....you would see a backup from yesterday, or maybe a few days earlier.
