My 12 has recently begun to force me to shut down-restart, two or three times in row. The phone powers on, the internet bars show that it is connected, but when I try to open any apps, i.e., news, banking, weather, they don’t open. Hence the need to on-off. The telecommunications work fine, loaded apps not requiring internet connections work fine.
