Very defined storm.

It is supposed to stall out now due to high pressure fronts and may even return to the gulf and head Louisiana way

If it heads back into the gulf it could strengthen and become more dangerous when it makes landfall again.

The closest I’ve been to something like this was in Tokyo in 2007 when a typhoon passed over the city.

Hope everyone is ok

I pray that everyone in Harvey's path is safe. My weather is pretty good.

Just about to make landfall. Hurricane Harvey is expected to become the first Category 4 hurricane to hit Texas since Carla in 1961.

I do hope everyone is safe there. As far as I've heard, storm and heavy rain could stay for days.

Apple started accepting donations for those affected by Hurricane Harvey. Sadly, the option is available in the US iTunes Store only. If you have a credit card, you can donate via Google from everywhere.

Here’s some Hurricane Harvey footage from Texas. Buildings were destroyed by wind and fire and there were many injuries and unfortunately some deaths.

That was a quick warmup

It normally doesn't get this hot at this time of year.
