Weather in notification center

My notification center on my ipad has the weather in script. However my iphone does not have the weather at all. Sometimes the weather in script seems to flash on then off.

What setting do I need to charge or is set wrong?

I've not been able to figure out how to get the weather in the notification center either (iPhone 4, iOS 7). I'm interested in this too.

You need to turn on location for weather. Then it will show in the notification center.

Settings-privacy-location services. Then turn on location for weather.

My location services for weather was turned on. However, I turned it off and then on again and I now get weather in notifications. Don't know why I had to turn off then on but it worked.

Previously I downloaded yahoo weather to my iphone. Don't know if that had something to do with it starting to work.
