Pull Down Notification Screen Frustrations . . .

I cannot figure out how to have the weather show on the pull down screen - Notification Screen, right? I am also trying to get my calendar events to show up. I do not use the calendar that came with the phone, I use Calengoo. I even thought if I could sync the iPhone calendar with my Calengoo then maybe events would show up.

And showing the weather? I am clueless. Thank you.
