Voice Memo

I have had my Iphone 4 for about 3 weeks and it's great!
Somehow, I installed Voice Memo and I don't really want it.
I tried holding it down but no X appeared. What do I do?,

Also, in Iphone Users Guide, Basics requires a lot of fiddling round with to access it. All the rest of the Guide open with just one slight touch. Again, what do I do?

Maybe you can connetc your iphone with itunes, and use itunes to delete the voice memo.

Voice memo is part of the group of apps that come with your phone. You didn't download it
