Voice mail

Sometimes I don’t get voice mail sound message notifications until like 2 hours later? Would it be the provider or maybe something I can change in my phone? I lose customers and delivery’s. And I don’t answer my phone because of spam a lot but watch for voice mails.

That is the service provider most likely. You can try going into settings and then down to reset, and do a Reset Network Settings or a hard reset by holding down the power button and whichever corresponding key like volume down or up to reset the phone. You won’t lose anything doing this. Worth a try. If none of that helps I would call your service provider and speak with them.
