video safe not importing

Hello I just got the video safe apps and unable to import video from my albums. Its taking forever to load videos from album so I can hide them safely. What could be wrong? Thanks

can you see the videos in video safe?? if not make sure location services is turned on for that app. you will then be able to see them.
