Yes it's against their themes but they are not the one crating it but a 3rd party so they don't have any trouble with that.

Do you call up YouTube on the web and "tap" and "hold" the thumbnail or address? Or is there an in-app brower that calls up YouTube. I must be doing something wrong as I am not getting to the "Download"screen. If I can make it work, this app looks awesome.
