Using TONS of data - don't know how

Hey all,

I'm at my wits end with this. I have a pretty generous 1.5 gig data package for my iphone 4. Since I got it, I only average about 140 mgs a month. Last month however, i noticed via the usage meter that I was at 1.8 gigs only 2/3rds of the way through the month, and most of it was SENT data. My phone company told me that most of that data was sent during a single day, but they can't tell me how because they don't track what applications send/recieve data.. Now, since yesterday, it turns out i have SENT another gig's worth, and I have no idea how. The only things I use data for is checking email, facebook, twitter and safari. I never send large attachments, and 1 gig would be the equivalent of me sending my entire photo album to 10 people, and I've never done this.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be sucking this much data?

Double click the home button and see what's in the multi tasker. That might give you your answer into what's running and if it's Internet based. If it's none of that then stop downloading naughty videos it's a killer on the GBs' lol joking!

This is an excellent suggestion, laos. Do this and let us know if things have changed. I'll bet they will, since you'll have closed out running apps that are draining your data plan.
