I'm looking for an app that activates external speakers, headphones or other emitting media but keeps the internal iPhone microphone switched on. Please advice

what exactly are u trying to do?

Dear lunar

I have a car radio with iPhone, iPod USB interface but no integrated car phone. So I thought that I could potentially use the iPhone microphone in combination with the car speakers to do phone calls whilst driving. Hope that explains sufficiently what I'd look for.
