So can 2 hours and 6 minutes be WIFI usage. Have not used phone. On roaming so want to make sure.

That is simply the time the phone has been in active use since the last charge. It may or may not include time spend using data. It depends what you were doing. Best bet is to turn data roaming off if you're worried about it.
