Update related

    I m using iphone 4s .. Before sometime i hav jailbroken my iphone but now i hav removed jailbreak from my iphone so can i update my iphone from itunes..

    You can remove the jailbreak by restoring in DFU mode using iTunes.

    It's impossible to remove a jailbreak from your device without restoring it unless you backtrack every step taken to first exploit and inject your device.

    Actually i have jailbreak my iphone when i was using ios5 my friend had removed jailbreak and updated ios6 so can i update my iphone from itunes...

    No, you did not remove the jailbreak. Removing Cydia does not mean you've removed the jailbreak. Jailbreaking is not the process of getting Cydia on your device, Jailbreaking is the ability to run unsigned/unauthorized commands on an iOS device, so no, you did NOT remove the jailbreak
