I had a friend that had the same problem look up MobileSubstrate 0.9.3995 and install it got his working hope that helps!!

In order to unlock my iphone from ATT to Tmobile, I have tried to reinstall redsn0w software and JB for 3 times. But my phone is still locked by ATT, there is no service for Tmobile.
Any help that would be great.
