Unable to verify third party apps

I was able to verify this profile for sometimes ( maybe a month ago)
but this morning I wasn't able to open the apps
and whenvI tey to verify, I couldn't. I try using the wifi but still can't verify

Any solution ??

You’re in China. Are the apps possibly blocked?

Without Wi-Fi, it’s not possible to verify apps.
Also make sure your firewall allows connections to https://ppq.apple.com.

I don’t think its necessary to open the link in a browser. The firewall has to allow connections to it:
