Unable to remove time limit

Hi,

All of a sudden time limit is activated on almost all apps on my iPhone SE. All apps are shaded, I can of course click them and override the time limit for the day, but it is back again next day.
Restart of the phone did not help.
There are no limits set up in the app limit settings.

Any ideas?

Thanks, that worked. I turned on screen time again afterwards, and it still seems ok.
