Unable to install Cracked apps downloaded from: EDITED

Hi,

I have downloaded a couple of games and apps from A Piracy Site and I'm successfully able to install it to my iphone 5. But when I try to open that app (click on icon) in my iPhone then it says 'Installing' and nothing happens.

please help me here.
