unable to connect to itunes store pls help me?

hi all,
i am using windows 7 64 bit home edition ..i am able to log in in itunes...using my apple..id....but i am not getting the home page of appstore..and when i search for any app..in itunes..it's not displaying any thing..i called custmore care..about this..they said.this is due to slow internet connection..then i tried highspeed internet..to connect to itunes..problem remains the same..pls
help me..
and also pls tell me is there any app to download youtube videos directly to iphone...

Try accessing the store from your iPhone instead of pc on the same Internet connection if it works fine it's something to do with your pc or iTunes installation
