Ultrasn0w does not work for 4.1 bb 05.13.04

So i was trying to unlock my iPhone 3G at first I noticed I has bb 05.14.02 and it did not work then I used fuzzy band to downgrade de bb to 05.13.04 and y tried reinstalling ultrasnow to work so I can get service but still nothing it just says sim failure and I can't seem to unlock my iPhone ... What can I do to fix this and get service
