Trying to find app which takes picture when lock code is incorrectly entered

You can defiantly do this...but only if your are "jailbroken".

Apple would not allow such an app in the App Store.

Not true. There are several apps in the App store and many of them are free.

Last time I checked apps like that were pulled from the AppStore for gaining access to your pass code.
