Trf of contacts from Blackberry Torch to iphone4

I need to copy over contacts from Blackberry Torch to iphone4. I have downloaded Blackberry desktop manager application but am unable to read the contacts data on my MacBook Air. Can anyone kindly help?

You might need to import them using iTunes or Exchange if that's the case
