Transferring pictures from iphone 4

well if your using Windows, just plug it in with the usb cord, then you will get the mass storage device pop up

then you will see a folder with your pictures in it similiar to what you would see if you plugged in your digital camera

then just drag them from the iphone folder to wherever you want on the PC

With iTunes installed, when you plug in the phone, iTunes comes up, not Windows Explorer. Right?
