transferring music

I recently upgraded my iPhone 4S to a 5S. I have lots of music on my 4S. When I upgraded, all my files, photos, etc. transferred over through the cloud except music. How do I get my music from 4S over to 5S?

If you purchased the songs in iTunes Store, you can download them from there again. You'll find them in the Purchased tab.

Music that wasn't purchased in iTunes, needs to be synced to your new device.

If you subscribed to iTunes Match, all your music will be available on your Apple devices with the same iCloud ID: Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support
