Traffic updates

How do I stop this from showing up? I had the same "feature" show up on my 6+ and I stopped it. It has returned on my 6s+ and I don't remember how I fixed it. I've looked in the maps app but don't see any options there or in settings

Anybody familiar with this?

Could this be your answer, in reverse, of course:
Note: To include traffic conditions for your commute in the Today tab, make sure Frequent Locations is turned on in Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services > Frequent Locations

Or more likely this: pull down Notication Center, scroll down to the bottom, click on Edit. Then remove the one that says Traffic Conditions.
