Unfortunately, this isn't possible on thie iPhone. There's only a couple ways to add ringtones to your iDevice... purchase them from iTunes via the iTunes app on your phone... download a Ringtone Maker app from iTunes... or this http://www.iphoneforums.net/forum/i...your-iphone-20631/?highlight=custom+ringtones

Or make your own with iTunes music on yor compute. Or jailbreak and make yor own, and add it it directly to the sounds section rite on the device. Couple other ways too I believ, but mostly the same.
