Ledsteplin would have used the app Skitch to make the marks in the post.

I used Bugshot for the arrow. It does arrows, circles around (any shape), and does pixelation to hide things. I have used Skitch before, but it had more than I needed. Bugshot just does those 3 things. See photo:
