If you have already pre-ordered the Play Station 4 or looking to get one and you also own an iPhone or iPad, then you definitely should be download the official PlayStation iOS App that is now available in the App Store.

The PlayStation App was originally planned to be released date last Friday, as we have reported, but it has been made available for download on iTunes only now. By using the app, you can do the following: See what your friends are playing and chat with them, receive notifications, game alerts, and invitations.

You can also use your iPhone or iPAd as an on-screen keyboard for your PS4 system. Even more, you get to browse the PlayStation Store and take advantage of the in-app second-screen features.
