thank you. Pairing a Nokia Blue tooth: model HF-210 CE 0560 to an iphone 4

Hello thank you for the welcome. My first post.
Note sure if I am at the right forum because I have an iphone 4. Apologies if I not at the right forum. if not could you direct me to the right one please.
I have a Nokia Blue tooth model HF-210 CE 0560. I cant get it to pair with my iphone 4. On my iphone I have gone into settings, turned on "Bluetooth, turned on the bluetooth, held down the plus and minus butttons for ten seconds, I saw the man in the shop do this with another iphone 4, then the searching circle on my iphone 4 just goes round and round and round. Still no connection. Would be really appreciative if someone could help me out.
