Text messages

I am not sure if this is the right place to put this. But if I sent text messages then deleted them. Is there any program that can retrieve them for me?

If you have an iTunes backup from when the messages were still on your iPhone... a restore using that backup will restore the messages.

I don't have a backup from what I have found using google is that they are stored on the phone even after deleted until it is connected back to I tunes. I was hoping that somebody would know we're to look in winspc or another program to locate the hidden files.

If it's not on iClouds from auto/manual backup, or in an iTunes backup, it won't be on the device.
