talk to search web app ?

a guy at work has an andriod that when he talks to his phone it searches the web without him having to
type it out . its installed on his phone when he bought it . is there anything like that for the iphone4 please ?

it does ? i couldnt see it on there , how do you bring the voice part up ?

In the right hand corner there's a microphone icon... basically touch it then talk. I use it all the time... but perhaps it has to be enabled w/ the in-app settings.

cant see the icon . i have the basic google app as well as the google search with has the voice and type search so i guess im good to go anyway .

Well then perhaps I'm mistaken on which Google app I have... LOL!! Mine has the "type" & "talk" to search.

the google search app has the blue background with the white "g" . the ordinary google is blue "g" on white background . thats how i tell them apart anyway .
