Switching gsm to 3g time issue

Hallo everyone..

Iphone 4 - 4.2.1 JB Orange

My problem is that when i switch to 3g from gsm

It takes the iphone about 1 min to get an ip address so i

could surf the net..

Now, on my girlfriend iphone (4- 4.2.1- Not JB & Not SimFree -Orange)

When she's switching to 3g from gsm, the iphone gets an ip address in about

5 seconds(!!!!!)..

It seem's to me that i am the only one with that problem

And i dont know how to fix it....

Please, HELP ME....
