SugarSync/Dropbox - Opening .rar passworded files

Was curious if anyone knows if you're able to view passworded .rar files through either SugarSync or Dropbox, though iPhone. Or if there would be an app needed.

The internal files in the .rar would be mainly notepads/mp3s/pictures.
