Stuck in "Emergency call only" screen!!

Hi guys gt an iphone 4 with carrier lock..i try to jailbreak but after the jailbreak im now stuck at Emergency call only..i cant restore by itunes..getting error 1611!!

Restore the device in DFU mode. That should fix error 1611.
