stuck at apple logo.

so i installed something on cydia and it was reloading data for quite some time so i reset the phone and got stuck at the apple logo. is my option to restore now?

well somehow i got back into the phone and cydia is still installed but under settings nothing is listed even after reinstalling tweaks. gah. looks like a restore is coming anyway?

MobileSubstrate has been disabled....remove the last thing you installed from Cydia(That's causing the problem)...and Re-Boot your iPhone
