There are still some apps that haven’t been updated for the 10 yet mainly
Tapatalk
But I have others
And I have checked they are still active and well-known apps they just haven’t updated

Whether or not an app, even ones from well known developers, gets updated is beyond Apple’s Control. Back when the iPhone 5, with its taller display, first came out, some apps took months before they were finally updated for the new screen aspect ratio.

don't even get me started on Tapatalk, they finally updated the non-paid version, meanwhile the pro paid version has yet to update smh

LINE hasn't updated to max out the 10's screen either. I'm sure that the apps will be 6 months to a year for active apps. Older apps will never update.
