Hello! First time poster and still a newbie with the iPhone. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Just learned about how to use the Live photo feature with long exposure to create the flowing water effect on a waterfall. Looks great on the phone. But when I download the files to my PC, I have a movie, not a still image with the long exposure effect. How do I get the single, still-shot image of the final long exposure image? Is that file created/saved somewhere? Are there other steps that I need to take to create the final still image (from what I have read, that should not be the case)?

I’m new to iPhone photography too! - any questions I had, I did a search, noting the iPhone model and app in question - Camera, Photos, iMovie. Also go over and make sure you understand the Camera stuff in the Settings app.

The AI Overviews in response to searches are usually very helpful, Apple Support is the definitive resource,

Anyway, I did a search - long exposures iphone 15 pro max - and got a numbered instruction list from AI. (Sorry haven’t figured out how to copy and paste links yet) Hope this helps…
